Neil Young FinstTA, MILT, MCIT, Dip. Transport Studies (London).

Neil is the founding director of Fleet Lifeline Ltd and has been associated with the fleet and distribution industries for his entire career. From an early start as Transport Manager for a food sector company, he progressed to management positions with the Freight Transport Association and to General Manager of Overdrive Plc.

Neil is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Carmen, and a Freeman of the City of London, and Vice President of the Institute Of Transport Administration. Neil is currently involved in the Energy Efficiency Best Practice Programme funded by the DETR for UK Fleet operations giving transport related advice working towards greener fleets.

Peter Mitchell (Mitch)

Mitch has an Architectural and Engineering background, from his many years with International Stores and B.A.T. Stores Holdings etc, encompassing Store refurbishment, through to Distribution Depot and Superstore developments on green field sites. In the early eighties Peter set up his own Design Development Consultancy working with many different Clients, including Central TV, Berkley Homes and Sainsbury’s covering a vast range of projects.

In 1995 he moved to Hong Kong joining Dairy Farm International to lead the building of an advanced Fresh Food Processing Factory and Composite Distribution Depot. After the building was completed Mitch became Dairy Farm’s Fleet Manager. It was here he was called upon to find a solution to the Multi- temperature delivery vehicle requirement, the first of their kind in Asia. He put in place an advanced automated fleet system including FMP for the 40 temperature controlled and 130 dry commercial vehicles, serving over 800 deliveries daily.

Robert Constant CEng, MIMechE, MIEE, MIRTE, MIMI, MICFM (Project Based)

From an engineering background in the Metropolitan police, including the Home Office, Robert became Transport Manager for London Electricity in 1988, where he revamped the entire operation forming a separate transport company within London Electricity in 1995. In recent years he has won industry awards for fleet operations and environmental issues.

Keith Hicks MIRTE I.Eng, MIMI (Project Based)

Keith is an Engineering and Maintenance Specialist particularly involved in training and consultancies in education. Most recently as National Fleet Engineering Manager for Royal Mail (30,000 vehicles throughout the UK), and before this as Group Fleet Engineer with Debenhams Plc.

Keith’s areas of expertise encompass:

Kenny Yip (Asia -Project based) Kenny is highly experienced in the development and implementation of new emerging technologies within logistics, with particular emphasis within both the Supply Chain and e-logistics processes.

Kenny’s areas of expertise encompass:
